Broker's License

Getting your Broker's license In order to obtain a real estate broker's license, the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) requires that you complete eight 45-hour courses, including five required courses and three electives, and pass a 200-question state licensing exam. In addition, you must either have two years of full-time experience as a licensed real estate salesperson OR possess a four-year degree from an accredited university.
