I often have real estate clients who ask me financial questions about mortgages and loans, but I don't know what to recommend these days?(especially given the mortgage problems that have occurred lately).
I know that real estate agents should not offer professional advice outside their area of expertise, but still it would be nice to at least have an opinion.
